Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Previous experience working with middle and/or high school populations is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of IEP process and best practices for delivering speech and language therapy in the school setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions tailored to middle and high school students.
- Complete thorough evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress for each assigned student.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, special educators, and administrators to support student achievements and meet IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) discussions as needed.
