School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Stafford, Virginia

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
- Valid or pending state licensure appropriate for work in educational settings
- Comfort working with a diverse K-12 student population; caseload preferences can be discussed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt to the needs of students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation as required
- Engage in progress monitoring and modify interventions based on student response
- Serve as a resource for faculty and families regarding speech and language issues
