Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations desirable
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites if needed
- Open to caseload preference discussion to ensure the best fit for your skills and interests
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ speech and language needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
- Provide coverage for two SLPs on maternity leave: one from late December/early January through early March, and another from mid-November through the end of March (spring break)
