Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP license for Virginia
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- School-based SLP experience is an asset
- Flexible to serve a K-12 caseload (please share any grade-level preferences)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Manage a dynamic caseload spanning K-12, covering for two SLP maternity leaves throughout the school year
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in school-based teams, fostering inclusive learning environments
