Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license (must provide screenshot showing active status)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings with children from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Ability to successfully pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Professional communication skills and responsiveness
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and deliver individualized therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to develop IEPs and support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and communications
- Participate in meetings, consult on multilingual services, and provide resources as needed
- Communicate effectively in both English and the target language with students and families
