School Speech and Language Pathologist | Cypress, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design effective intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document student performance, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
