Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spring Lake, MI

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist State License from the Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing (LARA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply—supervision provided
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning grades K-12
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in an onsite school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student success
- Provide creative, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records according to state and school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
