Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Spring Hill, Florida

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid FL Speech-Language Pathology License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with varied speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team consultations
