Preferred Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (Virginia or eligible for licensure)
- SLP-CCC preferred, but will consider motivated Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Strong knowledge of school-based speech and language services
- Organized, flexible, and eager to work with a diverse K-12 student population
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating supportive educational plans
