Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy to students based on their unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding communication development
