Preferred Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
- Regularly monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and professional learning communities
- Support generalization of communication skills into classroom routines and activities
