Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Southbridge, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong organizational and communication skills to balance multiple caseloads
- Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative with school staff and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve students across K-12 in both Sturbridge and Worcester locations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student goals
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
