Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience with school-age caseloads is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with children in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Maintain thorough and timely records for evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary planning
- Provide education and resources to students’ families and staff as needed
