Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group sessions, across multiple school locations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant educational guidelines and standards.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
- Valid state licensure and credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including those with mild to severe speech and language challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
