In this role, you’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, serve diverse PreK-12 student caseloads, and develop professionally as you discover different leadership approaches and school programs. Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP license, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Pediatric, school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site (no virtual component)
- Comfortable serving students from PreK through 12th grade
- Flexibility to travel between 1-2 nearby school sites if needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech/language services to a varied caseload (mild to severe needs)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to support student success
- Maintain progress documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
