Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Delaware (DE) SLP licensure/certification (submission of confirmation required)
- SLP-CCC credentials with experience delivering school-based speech therapy
- Strong background in completing evaluations, developing and writing IEPs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP systems
- School-based SLP experience preferred; SLPAs not considered for this role
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site speech therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations
- Write and maintain timely and accurate IEPs, and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor progress, manage data collection, and maintain thorough therapy notes
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
