Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure and eligibility for credentialing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning
