- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse learning needs
- Positive, adaptable approach and strong team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K/1 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
- Deliver engaging group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Contribute to classroom strategies to support language development
- Educate staff and families about strategies to enhance student communication skills
