School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Silverton, Oregon

Two full-time positions are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a difference for children in their earliest years. These roles are exclusively in-person, ensuring you can work closely with children, their families, and educational teams each day. The first position covers the birth-3 population from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027, on a 190-day contract. The second, also full-time, focuses on 3-5-year-olds and spans from August 21, 2026, to June 9, 2027, across Salem, Polk county, and Yamhill county.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license (or eligibility) as an SLP in Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in educational settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with educators and families
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct speech-language services to meet IEP or IFSP goals
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to promote communication development
- Document progress, maintain compliance with relevant regulations and timelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
