Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; clinical fellows (CFY) and CCC-SLP welcome.
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred.
- Proficiency delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms.
- Healthcare experience as an SLP considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with speech, language, or communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals.
- Deliver therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy as required.
- Maintain detailed records documenting student progress, treatment sessions, and compliance with state/federal guidelines.
- Consult regularly with teachers, support personnel, and families to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to graduate students or clinical fellows, if applicable.
