Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP License (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, however Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to student progress

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with varied needs in both group and individual settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate, individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance records
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute specialized insight to team planning
- Adapt techniques to support students’ unique learning profiles across elementary, middle, and high school environments
