Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sidney, OH

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in the state
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and social achievement
- Maintain thorough records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary conferences, and professional development as required
- Provide training and resources to support staff and family members
