Key Requirements:
- Active California license for onsite and travel candidates
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to provide services both in-person and, where available, hybrid/virtual formats
- Flexibility to adapt to school schedules and evolving needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support processes
- Engage in ongoing professional development supplied by the school or agency
