What We’re Seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure for the placement location (travel candidates must hold appropriate state license)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, or high school populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct and indirect therapeutic services to students with varying communication disorders
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
- Managing accurate documentation and progress reporting for compliance
- Offering consultation and training to educators and families
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
