As locations and hours will be finalized closer to May, flexibility and an openness to itinerant travel within the county are essential.
What you’ll bring:
- Current CA SLP license (CCC preferred; strong CF and SLPA applicants also considered with on-site SLP supervision)
- Experience with California schools and SEIS (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and site assignments throughout the semester
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations and embrace a dynamic work schedule
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, onsite speech-language services (virtual/remote not considered)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state and district standards
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs and CFs onsite as needed
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students with speech and language needs across multiple campuses
