Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state
- CCC-SLP strongly preferred; will also consider candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments and evidence-based therapy to students ages infant to preschool
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to generalize functional communication
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in all documentation
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required
