Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure promptly
- Experience with elementary-aged students in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessments, therapy, and consultations for a mostly elementary caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support student growth
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet various learning styles and needs
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
