Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEPs
- Administer assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve goals
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster an inclusive, supportive environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and relevant professional development
