Qualifications & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas SLP license (CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience or training in school-based speech-language pathology (K-12 focus)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
- Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, or communication delays and disorders
- Develop effective, measurable treatment goals and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress updates
- Adapt therapy approaches according to student response and ongoing evaluations
