Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Middlebury, Vermont

Qualifications:
- Active Vermont State SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
- Prior experience in school settings is welcome but not essential
- Familiarity with pediatric or healthcare SLP practices is beneficial
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students, individually and in group settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, IEP goals, and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing professional development
- Advocate for students’ access to speech-language services within the educational framework
