Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Kansas SLP license (CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows and SLPAs will be considered)
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseloads across 1-3 campuses
- Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote options not available for this position)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to establish and support communication strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized student intervention plans
