In this position, you will provide critical onsite speech and language services, ensuring that students receive the highest quality support as they build communication and academic skills. No SLPAs are accepted for this opportunity, as the school requires direct service from credentialed SLPs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with or willingness to learn the SIRAS IEP System
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite service delivery
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliance with documentation via SIRAS
- Collaborating with a dedicated educational team—including teachers, parents, and other therapists—to support student success
- Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions for individualized needs
