School Speech Language Pathologist - Selmer, Tennessee

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address students’ unique communication goals.
- Delivering engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.
- Closely monitoring and documenting student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, specialists, and other members of a multidisciplinary support team for integrated student care.
- Empowering and engaging families, guiding them throughout the therapy process to encourage participation at home.
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- State board-approved license required.
