Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings preferred; open to talented new graduates with strong clinical acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, teachers, and parents
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions for students according to IEPs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication, fluency, and social pragmatic skills
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain organized records, and participate in meetings as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive
