Desired Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • State licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred; open to talented new graduates with strong clinical acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, teachers, and parents

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions for students according to IEPs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication, fluency, and social pragmatic skills
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress, maintain organized records, and participate in meetings as required
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive
