Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) license
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to supervise and mentor bilingual SLPAs
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Ability to complete fingerprinting/background checks per credentialing standards
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for K-12 students in two designated schools
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning according to students’ goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and document progress notes as required
- Supervise and support a bilingual SLPA, ensuring professional standards are met
