Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from an accredited university
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices for supporting diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and provide resources as needed
- Participate in student case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development as appropriate
