Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs) or completion of an accredited assistant program (for SLPAs)
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- CCC or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication disorder assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy to students individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to help shape educational plans
