Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFY applicants are also encouraged to apply
  • Background working in school, pediatric, or teletherapy environments
  • Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Experience as an SLPA or supervising SLPAs beneficial
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering individualized and group therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conducting assessments, interpreting results, and presenting findings to educational teams and families
  • Collaborating with educators, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to planning and goal setting
  • Adapting services to meet the needs of diverse learners, potentially leveraging teletherapy platforms
