Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Clara, CA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFY applicants are also encouraged to apply
- Background working in school, pediatric, or teletherapy environments
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Experience as an SLPA or supervising SLPAs beneficial
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering individualized and group therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conducting assessments, interpreting results, and presenting findings to educational teams and families
- Collaborating with educators, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to planning and goal setting
- Adapting services to meet the needs of diverse learners, potentially leveraging teletherapy platforms
