Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Active SLPA licensure required
- Experience in schools, pediatric therapy, healthcare, or clinical fellowship settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Confidence in providing direct therapy, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate and build rapport with students and multidisciplinary teams across K-12 grade levels
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering evidence-based therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitoring student progress
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure supportive learning environments
- Providing documentation, attending meetings, and maintaining thorough records as required by the school district
