Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred, but candidates with SLP-CFY welcome
- Pediatrics and school-based therapy experience highly valued
- Previous work in healthcare environments or with pediatric caseloads beneficial
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and implement interventions for K-12 students
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure appropriate student support
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize creative and evidence-based practices to meet diverse student needs
- Manage a full-time caseload across multiple school environments
