Speech Language Pathologist in Sanford, NC

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to strong clinical backgrounds
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads independently
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to assigned students, adapting plans to meet individual needs
- Complete thorough evaluations and develop IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support to teachers and parents for student success
