Pediatric Middle School School Speech Therapist | Sanford, Florida

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a middle school caseload in Sanford, FL. This onsite position offers the possibility of a hybrid schedule depending on experience. Candidates must hold a current Florida State License and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapeutic interventions to middle school students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related area.
- Valid Florida State License as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a middle school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an educational environment.
