With thirty-five positions available, this role places you on-site in a dynamic district serving early childhood through transition-age students. Candidates with a background in speech-language pathology (SLP), including those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are strongly encouraged to apply. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome and will receive supervision as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist licensure (DCA)
  • CA Pupil Personnel Services credential in SLP Services
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Multilingual abilities highly valued
  • Adaptability to support a diverse range of students, from early childhood through transition years
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment and intervention services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide ongoing support tailored to a varied caseload

This contract runs from August 11, 2026, through June 2, 2027, and offers a standard 37.5-hour workweek. Candidates from across the country are encouraged to explore this on-site position, with the district welcoming traveling professionals. Preference is given to those with additional language skills, supporting an inclusive educational setting.
