Speech and Language Pathologist - San Luis Obispo, CA
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, working full-time with K-12 students throughout the school year. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to providing exceptional assessment, therapy, and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
- Develop individualized education plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support communication goals
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
- Provide both direct intervention and consultation services
