Step into a rewarding full-time position as a Speech Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in a supportive educational setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field required
  • Current licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in California
  • Accepting SLPs with CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with K-12 populations strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Deliver speech therapy through both direct interventions and consultative (indirect) services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
