Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP - CCC certification
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary caseloads
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students
- Maintain clear communication and documentation for progress reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative educational environment
