We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in San Jose, California. This position offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Position Overview
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Elementary school caseload
- Assignment across 2 school sites
- Caseload of up to 55 students
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
- Support students with communication, articulation, language, and social communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
Requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid California PPS Credential
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
