Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP license and PPS credential required
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows and experienced CCC-SLPs
- Familiarity with virtual care platforms a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population in a public school setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and design treatment plans for students with speech, language, fluency, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely documentation of assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with state and district regulations
- Potential to support multiple schools with caseload details and age groups to be determined
- Participate in remote, panel-style interviews and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
