- Valid ASHA CCC or clinical fellowship eligibility
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with district and state policies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the planning process
- Offer consultative services and support resources for staff and families as needed
