Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license or credential (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFs considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Energized by collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support professionals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Serve a diverse caseload, adapting interventions to each student’s unique needs
