Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Diego, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility; CCC or CFY candidates considered
- Strong clinical skills in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
- Experience with evaluation, assessment, and individualized treatment planning
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow service providers
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a supportive classroom environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
