- Caseload Model: Workload Approach
- Assignment: Supporting students across 2 campuses
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student needs
- Support students with communication disorders affecting educational performance
- Manage workload requirements and service delivery responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Ability to effectively manage caseload and documentation requirements
- Must meet all district onboarding and fingerprinting requirements
