School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student success
